Today I became more of a local than tourist I think. I was on my daily walk around the area and for the first time, I was stopped for directions. 2 ladies asked me where the metro was AND I knew exactly how to get them there. Felt pretty good – plus I spoke English to someone other than Kaatje and Kaelyn 😉

Day 24 – Visit to the VISA office and lunch

Today the girls had to go to the VISA office to get the 90 day in/out visa to work in China. This means leaving your passport and getting a temporary white visa sheet until they get a sticker like mine. Kaatje had a job afterwards, Kaelyn was done until her flight out at 8 so she dropped by.
