After seeing and exploring so many new things, we were all in need of some down time.  We did laundry – amazing how nice it is to have clean clothes and sheets and frolicked by the pool for most of the day.  We also had pool Olympics.  It was a tight race for Kaatje and Kaelyn.  They both left daddy in the dust as they completed 3 laps of the pool without a breath.  Poor Daddy could only complete 2.  As soon as the race finished and Kaatje realized she tied Kaelyn, she set out determined not to be beaten and she did four laps of the pool.  We were all very shocked at her new competitive streak and she her ability to complete 4 laps of the pool.
