Kaelyn was off tonight to Xiamen and had to fly out from the PVG airport. Unfortunately, it is 50km away. The taxi ride was 165RMB there ($31CAD). Wanting to save money, I decided to take the subway back, even though maps says it was going to be 1.5hrs.

I decided to take the high speed train for part of the ride, which travels at 300km/hr in town, cuts off about 45 minutes and costs 50RMB. Time from start to finish, 8 minutes. I was back at home in 35 minutes.
