Since yesterday was such a success we decided to start today the same way. Poolside math lessons. We met our home school friends from the previous evening who told us their previous night crab hint was a huge success. They invited to drop by and see some of the larger ones they kept from the night before. Unfortunately, we were reluctant to get it of the water and by the time we finally did, we didn’t have time to stop by. We needed to get back to Hatteras for our ocean detectives lesson.
Of course, as our luck would have it, another storm rolled in and the lesson was rescheduled anyway. Rather than heading back to camp, we decided to take in the graveyard of the Atlantic museum and then hopped the ferry to Ocracoke Island.
