This trip has been so educational but we are all a bit worn out. So today we are taking a family fun day. We read that Lawerencetown Beach is home to some of the best surfing in North America, and since we have a new found love of surfing, and since Nana is getting the kids surf boards for Christmas 🙂 , we thought we would check it out. We spent the day relaxing and playing in the sand. By 6pm the little kids were spent, we headed home and put them to bed and the older girls were treated to Ottawa Citadel after dark ghost tours. I am not sure what was scarier though, the tour, or Daddy after he dinged up the car when another car hit a traffic pylon sending it flying in his direction. Luckily it was only minor damage to the front grill.
